What if hell were the ideal place? What if we think in the wrong way and what we think is right is actually right. When we do what we consider "bad" maybe it's the right thing to do in the eyes of a creator. What if what we do good, is actually bad, but we've just been taught since the beginning that it's good?

The mansions you are talking about are simply living chambers prepared during the Rapture like a Jewish wedding. The Rapture is the marrige between the Church and Christ. Before a Jewish wedding occurs the groom was to build an extra mansion, or chamber, in his father's house for him and his wife to stay. When the chamber was complete he would go for his bride at an unexpected time, where she was expected to be ready for him. Then he would take her to the chamber, do some things, and then they would have the marrige supper. Look at that context a little closer and boom you got the rapture right there son.

Unfortunately, I doubt CCD teaches people that stuff.
