Platinum was kind of a let down

Why would it be better? It's the same exact game with minor differences. They do that with every generation.

ACTUALLY, Platinum has a new world WHICH DEFIES THE LAWS OF THE WORLD. Or something. I forget.

I want Grand Theft Auto for my DS.

3/5 of my family has the game. I don't need to buy it because I guarantee it's the same as how I went from Red/Blue/Yellow, to Silver/Gold/Crystal, to Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald to Diamond and Pearl. That's a lot.

I like red because it had Charizard on it.

I liked Blue because it had Blastoise.

Crystal is different because you can be a girl. Also Suicune's a lot more important in the story. Lugia and Ho-oh don't even do anything.

Gender's so small though. Story doesn't matter, and games don't need them.

Bullcrap Ho-oh always does something.

Also games need story. Especially single player ones.

Pretty much every game from SNES and NES back didn't have a deep story. Just lemme play.

But it's not really needed, as seen through games like Crackdown, Left 4 Dead, Team Fortress, fighting games, and the guitar games. I mean, I understand you, but I still don't feel like the stories are necessary.

Well yeah, but I said single player games. My major let down with Crackdown was the fact that there was no story and it was just: Go here, kill him, level up. I did want more out of it. Guitar games don't count. And so long as fighting games can just say: "THIS IS THE ULTIMATE TOURNAMENT WHERE THE WORLD'S BEST FIGHTERS COME TO PROVE THEMSELVES." Or something along those lines I'm fine.

And at least Left 4 Dead and TF2's characters have some kind of depth. It's not like Halo where everyone is a nameless spartan or elite slaughtering eachother. I mean that's fine, but... Why would spartans be fighting eachother anyways? Especially with elites on their team. At least some games their multiplayer actually stays consistant with the single player.
